Our beautifully restored 1902 heritage-listed residence provides a character filled venue.
Our Grafton room boardroom comfortably sits up to 8 delegates, while our slightly larger Walsh Boardroom up to 14 delegates.
The heritage boardrooms offer natural light with beautiful views to the leafy streets of West Perth. Both boardrooms connect to our gorgeous heritage balcony providing a picturesque setting for a post meeting sundowner or for delegates to enjoy a fresh breeze during their coffee break. Our stunning heritage listed rooms forms the perfect backdrop for your next board meeting. Our venue hire and day delegate packages includes use of an LCD TV, complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates, whiteboard, flip chart and PA phone system.
Located on the ground floor, just off Julio’s Restaurant our Private Dining Room is available for hire. A versatile function space for private group dinners, cocktail functions or larger meeting space for up to 20 delegates. The beautifully restored room with polished floorboards high ceilings and natural light is the perfect venue for your small intimate gathering.
